The Access database template allows quick transfer of information
from data forms to the Standard COE Routine Wetland Delineation Forms. The
data collected with WETFORM on the PDA will directly import into these forms for easy
printing.
NEW - WetForm87 for ACCESS can now be operated WITHOUT
having Microsoft ACCESS loaded on the desktop. A "runtime" version is
included with each copy that is purchased. The runtime version only
requires that you have Windows XP with SP2 (Service pack 2) or Vista and about 52 MB
of hard drive space. The program is installed just like a regular
free-standing program, but you can not modify the forms like you can with
the full version of ACCESS. The database can still be modified if you have
ACCESS on another machine.
NOTE the drop down box that uses a species lookup file with
automatic fill-in of Stratum and Indicator Status.
Dominance is automatically calculated based on the 50/20 rule. When
wetland vegetation, hydrology or soils criteria are met, the Determination
checkboxes are automatically filled in. The second page of the Routine
Delineation Form is accessed using the Page 2 Tab at the top of the form. See below
for page 2.

A Print tab allows selection of all or a subset of
the data for printing or export to an Adobe .pdf file
A Data Tools Tab allows easy editing of the lookup
tables, export or import of all or a subset of the data using buttons instead of
complex queries and commands.
The Report format removes the drop down boxes and produces a clean,
professional document. That can either be printed or exported
to Adobe .pdf format.
